Do you know how difficult it is to be spontaneous? When one has been so conditioned by society, when we live on memory, on the past, how can we be spontaneous? The word ‘spontaneity’ implies to do something immediately, without any motive, without any thought, without any feeling; you just do it out of fullness. It is not a self-centred action. To be spontaneous requires stripping yourself of everything of the past. It is only the innocent mind that can be spontaneous.
