I do not know if you have ever tried to look at yourself. ‘Yourself’ is never constant, it is always in flux, in movement. If you look at it with a concept, with a fixed idea, you are merely interpreting it according to pleasure and pain. But if one can forget, put away, slough off this concept of what we should be or what we ought to be, then there is no censor. Then we can look at ourselves, following the movement of every thought and feeling.
