We must understand what we mean by freedom. You may have a different meaning, and I may have a different concept or feeling of freedom. We only know to work together under compulsion, or for an idea, or cooperate to run a business. That is the cooperation we know. But cooperation means love, and you cannot love without freedom. If you are not free and I’m not free, how can we love? If I am married and my wife dominates me, or I dominate her, there is no freedom, though we talk about love.
