I have to find out whether my mind can look at conflict without any bias. So conflict is not the problem but bias. Bias exists as long as I have taken a position about anything. Which doesn’t mean I am woolly minded or pushed around. But as long as there is any stand, any conclusion, any formulation from which I act, it is a bias, and therefore I do not know how to look at that conflict. So I leave conflict alone. Now my whole attention is given to find out what this bias is.
